From a kitchen-table idea to a trusted name in Den Bosch
Seven years ago, Leo and Nicolette founded So Yummy with a clear mission: to raise the standard of business lunches. From their own experience, they noticed that office lunches often receive little attention, even though they are an important moment in the workday.
What started in their own kitchen, with an oven and an extra fridge in the shed, grew into a professional catering concept with a young and entrepreneurial team of five.
Not a standard lunch, but a little gift
A genuine love for food is deeply rooted in So Yummy’s DNA. Leo has been working as a chef in the hospitality industry in Den Bosch from a young age, while Nicolette closely follows the latest food trends. That combination is clearly reflected on the plate.
At So Yummy, you won’t find a standard cheese sandwich. Instead, they serve bakery-fresh bread generously topped with multiple ingredients. Everything is freshly prepared and homemade, from dressings to salads. Each lunch is carefully packaged and quite literally feels like a little gift.

Catering that fits the community
Through the kiosk in The Lobby, tenants can order their lunch daily. From fresh sandwiches and salads to shared lunch boxes for meetings or team moments. These lunch boxes, in particular, add an extra layer of atmosphere and turn lunch into a truly shared experience.
So Yummy is on-site every day before 12:00 PM. This not only ensures a smooth lunch service, but also creates personal interactions with tenants.

Trends, sustainability and surprise
So Yummy actively responds to food trends. A great example is the Korean Chicken sandwich, which has become a favorite at The Lobby. The sandwich of the month is also very popular and is often added to the regular menu.
In addition to taste and presentation, sustainability plays an important role. So Yummy uses biodegradable disposables, delivers in efficient routes and offers a wide range of healthy options, such as fresh salads.
Looking ahead, firmly rooted in Brabant
Behind the scenes, new lunch boxes and concepts are already in development. In the long term, So Yummy aims to expand to other Brabant cities such as Eindhoven and Breda, without compromising on quality, service or personal contact.
How it all started
So Yummy quite literally started at home, with sandwiches from their own oven and ingredients stored in a fridge in the shed. Unthinkable today, but still a special part of their story.
The team’s favorite dishes? The Korean Chicken remains a clear favorite, along with the crispy chicken wrap, the carpaccio sandwich and the classic Caesar salad.
