Welcoming Receptionist - Rijswijk

Description:

This is a part-time position for 3 working days (24 hours) per week. You must be available every week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Lobby Offices is a luxury multi-tenant office building with a strong hospitality vision. Working with us feels like coming home: we create a professional, welcoming environment where meeting, collaboration, and comfort are central. For our location in Rijswijk, we are looking for a Welcoming Receptionist to strengthen our team.

What will you do?
As the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, you ensure a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day operations.

A selection of your tasks:
  • Welcome and inform guests with a smile
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms (The Lobby & Business Spot)
  • Maintain administrative records of tenants, contacts, and mail entities
  • Ensure our stylish common areas always look impeccable
  • Work closely with the location manager and caretaker

What do you bring?
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
  • A professional, customer-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
  • Good command of both Dutch and English
  • Independence and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
