- Responsible for opening and closing the building
- Acting as a point of contact for tenants and fostering community interaction
- Creating newsletters and providing content for social media
- Inventory management and practical on-site support
- Organizing safety activities and performing basic safety-related tasks
- Reporting and following up on maintenance issues and malfunctions
- Supporting the development and maintenance of procedures, the CRM system, and manuals
- Working closely with the property manager and the managers of The Lobby Offices and Business Spot Offices

- A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,750 (full-time basis), depending on your experience
- 25 vacation days based on full-time employment
- Travel allowance and pension scheme
- Workdays: Wednesday and Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 – national holidays off
- An independent and varied role in an inspiring work environment
- The opportunity to be involved from the start at a new location and shape the role yourself
- Plenty of freedom and responsibility within a young and dedicated team
What we ask of you:
- You have relevant work experience or education in a service-oriented environment, such as hospitality or facility management
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- You’re enthusiastic about contributing to a professional and pleasant workplace for companies and their employees
- You maintain oversight, can multitask, work independently, and in an organized manner
- You’re flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented

Living Our Core Values
The following core values are central to meeting the expectations of external guests, tenants, and partners.

Service and Solution-Oriented Thinking and Action
Respond to questions from tenants, colleagues, and business partners the way you would want to be helped yourself. Act with a solution-oriented mindset and check with your “client” whether the solution is truly experienced as such. If you cannot offer the desired solution, always try to think along and provide an alternative.

Respect
The Lobby highly values respect. Everyone has the right to equal and respectful treatment. The standards and values of The Lobby are applied by the staff team professionally and naturally in all activities and interactions.

Ownership
At The Lobby, we generally work together in a relatively small team. This can only function well if everyone takes their own responsibility and is willing to look beyond the boundaries of their own role.

Reliability
A deal is a deal. Say what you do and do what you say. All different stakeholders must be able to rely on agreements being honored. If this is not possible, you remain reliable by communicating this openly.

Commitment
Being part of The Lobby team means carrying out your work with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. Looking together with your colleagues each day at how things can be done better than yesterday is far more rewarding than simply “working nine to five.”
