The staffed reception ensures a warm welcome and professional support, while the fitness room and stylish boardrooms contribute to a healthy work-life balance and productive meetings. Additionally, we offer on-site catering facilities so you can continue working without interruption.
We take the hassle out of property and facility management for our tenants. Together with our trusted partners and suppliers, and in close collaboration with the property manager, we create a workspace where you can focus on what really matters: your core business.

Service and Solution-Oriented Thinking and Action
Respond to questions from tenants, colleagues, and business partners the way you would want to be helped yourself. Act with a solution-oriented mindset and check with your “client” whether the solution is truly experienced as such. If you cannot offer the desired solution, always try to think along and provide an alternative.
Respect
The Lobby highly values respect. Everyone has the right to equal and respectful treatment. The standards and values of The Lobby are applied by the staff team professionally and naturally in all activities and interactions.
Ownership
At The Lobby, we generally work together in a relatively small team. This can only function well if everyone takes their own responsibility and is willing to look beyond the boundaries of their own role.
Reliability
A deal is a deal. Say what you do and do what you say. All different stakeholders must be able to rely on agreements being honored. If this is not possible, you remain reliable by communicating this openly.
